David earned both his undergraduate degree and Doctor of Physical Therapy from Campbell University. After graduation, he completed an orthopedic residency in Austin, Texas, where he achieved the distinction of Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS)—a credential held by fewer than 10% of physical therapists nationwide.
David specializes in treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions, from everyday injuries and post-surgical recovery to complex musculoskeletal issues. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of working with patients from all walks of life, including professional and collegiate athletes, members of the Texas Rangers, special forces, and many others.
In addition to his clinical expertise, David has been a guest faculty speaker for physical therapy programs, a residency mentor, a clinical instructor, and an area director overseeing nearly 50 staff members.
Now, he is excited to begin the next chapter of his career—providing highly personalized, one-on-one orthopedic care to his community and helping each individual return to the activities they love.
