Can I use my FSA/HSA?

Yes, we accept FSA, HSA, credit card, debit card, check, or cash.

What are your hours?

We are appointment only and have availability during the week and on weekends. We also offer early and late times when needed to accommodate your schedule.

What is the cost?

Physical therapy initial evaluation (60 minutes): $150. Required for all new patients.

Physical therapy follow up visit (60 minutes): $125

Dry needling only evaluation (30 minutes): $75. Required for any new patient who is only wanting dry needling.

Dry needling follow up visit. (15 minutes): $30. Required to have either a physical therapy initial evaluation or dry needling evaluation.

Mobile visit fee: $25/session. This only applies to home visits or when we come to you. This does not apply if you are being seen in our Conover location.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

For patients with Medicare, we do require a referral and would be happy to help you get one from your doctor if you would like.

For other patients, no a physician’s referral is not needed. If you are under a doctor's care or would like your evaluation or treatment notes sent, we will happily fax them to your provider. 

Do you take insurance?

We are in network with Medicare (including supplemental plans), but out of network with other commercial plans. For those with commercial plans, we are able to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement depending on your plan.

What is a mobile physical therapy visit?

A mobile physical therapy visit means that we come to you. This can range from a gym, park, or your home. This allows us to treat you where it makes the most sense to your individual goals. Yes, this even means a tennis court, golf course, or a practice field! We will bring any equipment to you including a table, bands, exercise equipment, etc.

What areas will you go to?

For the most part, we will see patients from Charlotte up to Hickory. Please contact us to see if we are able to see you at a certain location.
